Along with the mental challenge of pushing yourself too fast and giving up not only our addiction to eating but also our addictions to harmful substances like sugar and other chemicals found in today's modern food. There are so many other health benefits that just 3 days of fasting can provide. Each Day we will send you a motivational email to let you know how your fasting progress is traveling by the hour. Preparing for a prolonged water fast: We recommend working up to doing an extended water fast, starting with 12 hours, for a week. Then 14 which is easy, then 16 which is where you skip one of your meals. Then 18 to 20-hour fasts. It's best to try a 24 then 48-hour fast before you jump straight into a 3-day water fast. This is to reduce the chance of developing keto flu or adverse symptoms because your body isn't metabolically adaptable. Please see your doctor before you commence if you have any health concerns about fasting. Especially if you are on daily medications for any disease or virus.
