Looking for a way to kick off your meditation practice and start a long-lasting routine? Let go of all your misconceptions about meditation, tune into your breath, and get ready to start finding complete balance and total Zen. In this 10-day meditation program, we will help ease you into a routine to help you reap all the benefits that meditation has to offer. Each day we will focus on an aspect that links the mind to the body (the breath), in order to help you develop a practice that works for you! Beginning and sticking with meditation practice is not so easy, it requires discipline, so let's start slow. We will also practice a wide range of meditations to help you choose a style that suits you. Also a brief introduction to the chakra system and how to attune that to optimal levels. If you have trouble understanding how meditation can benefit you, or how to apply it, or if you feel like you "can't" meditate, or don't know how. Or if you simply want some type of accountability to start becoming more disciplined with your practice then this course will help you. Also, I help you understand the correct framework, based on thousands of years of study, in order to help become the observer, the awareness that is truly who you are.
