The watcher, the one who sees 👀

So I came up with an analogy today that might help some-one.. This lifetime can be likened to a train ride in a way.. Being "you" the real you.. the soul, the awareness, the one who see's, the observer, is like being "someone" who is sitting on a train looking out the window... You see all that passes you, you observe with calm detached interest. You have no preference for the view that is going by.. It all just is what it is, it all just passes if you let it.. Some views take your breathe away and others are sad to see (rubbish in nature).. But still it doesn't really affect your state of being (unless you let it).. You just continue to observe what passes with no particular preference for what arises in your view... and yet you are still connected to it! You are the one who is actively observing, you see the fact that these forms are experienced, are happening.. (a butterfly flies past the window)... and you feel the perception (emotion) that certain views elicit and yet it passes so quickly, you let it go... And then even more so, to carry on with the train analogy, occasionally you meet someone and have a chat, you connect for a bit.. and then they get off at their stop and you at yours... and you move on! To a next lifetime, to another world... who knows! Thought I would share this insight, as it might help someone relate their experience 🤍🙏 Written CD xXx
